This app says it’s open 24 hours but I think that is wrong. We parked a little before 1800. We returned to the car around 2000. It only cost us 2€, great. But we couldn’t get out. The bay door malfunctioned or just wasn’t working. Luckily another car came behind us as we were calling the parkhaus number. His German was much better than mine so he spoke to the person who said they would send someone to fix it within 45-60 minutes. Thankfully, he was able to manually open the door so we didn’t have to wait. We did have to pay an extra € because we hadn’t (couldn’t) exited in the allotted time. The guy who helped us said he had also found online that the parkhaus was 24hrs but saw a sign inside that said it closed at 2100. So glad we just happened to be ready to leave when we were or we would’ve been stuck overnight thanks to faulty info.
